Junior Security Engineer

The Junior Security Engineer will support the implementation and maintenance of Guggenheim Investments' information security program in collaboration with a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). Responsibilities include security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, cloud and AI security, security architecture support, compliance, documentation, and security awareness initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in security engineering. Preferred experience includes SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanning, cloud security, scripting, and security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
