1. Cancellation Policy

As a digital service providing immediate access to AI interview simulations, cancellations are not applicable once a subscription period has commenced.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital products (immediate access to preparation tools), we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been used.

However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• Technical failures preventing access to the service (verified by our logs).
• Duplicate payments for the same plan.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
